Live In-person Classes

The live classes are held at the Lindenwoods Community Centre in Winnipeg and at Ocean Park Community Hall in South Surrey, BC.

Do the Zumba & Yoga classes at your convenience anytime throughout the day.  The link to the recorded classes expire at the end of the day.  Use Zoom to view the classes.  We can help you get set up properly at home. E-mail or call us.

Livestream Classes

This is another type of online virtual class that is done in "real time" as per scheduled time.  Your can do the classes in the comfort and safety of your own home and you have the opportunity to interact with Yvonne and other members through the chat function.  Yvonne hosts these classes as a Zoom webinar so that your video and audio is never visible to others.
